This will be a unique celebration that seeks to honour the strength, leadership, and love of mothers across diverse sectors.

In a heartfelt statement by the award’s secretariat, organisers described the six-month-long planning as a labour of love, aiming to craft a platform that uplifts untold stories of resilience and celebrates the everyday heroes whose contributions often go unnoticed.

The prestigious event is set to take place on May 11, 2025, at the KCB Leadership Centre in Karen, Nairobi, aligning with Mother’s Day weekend to ensure a fitting tribute to maternal excellence.

The nomination period is April 15 and April 20, 2025

Kenyans from all walks of life are encouraged to take part in the nomination process, which runs from April 15 to 20.

Whether it’s a teacher who believed in you, an entrepreneur juggling boardrooms and bedtime, or a community hero bringing change to her neighbourhood, organisers emphasise that anyone can nominate, including nominating oneself.

Following the nomination phase, the official list of nominees will be unveiled on April 22.

Public voting will run from April 23 to May 5, culminating in the Grand Awards Gala scheduled for May 11 at the KCB Leadership Centre in Karen.
